At Birdie Syndicate, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell used golf balls, we handle refunds and returns a little differently than companies that sell new items.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All products sold on our website are used and sold as-is. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on most orders.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with:

  • The wrong item(s) sent,

  • A significantly different product than described,

  • Or items damaged in transit,

you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To qualify, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How Refunds Are Processed

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
