Official Rules

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. 

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at August 17 2025 12pm and ends at September 15 2025 5pm. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

a. Standard Entry:

During the Promotion Period, entrants may make a qualifying hat purchase at birdiesyndicate.com , follow @Birdiesyndicate and tag two friends on the official giveaway post. Counts as one (1) entry. Additional entry for every hat purchased.

b. Alternate Method of Entry (Free Entry):

To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3"x5" postcard with your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

[Company Name or Sweepstakes Administrator]
[Full Mailing Address]
[City, State, ZIP]

Postcard entries must be postmarked by [September 7 2025] and received by [September 14 2025] to be eligible. Each postcard counts as one (1) entry. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about [September 15 2025] from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes

One winner will get a L.A.B. Putter

6. Notification

Winners will be notified via email/phone/social media DM within 7 days after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
